 Starting a new league, this will be a one season forum draft league. The whole of the NBA history open to draft from, no holds barred BBall. $55M cap. Teams will be randomized then the draft will go rd1 1-24, rd2 24-1, rd3 7-12, 1-6, 18-24 & 13-17, rd4 13-17, 18-24, 1-6, 7-12. repeat 3X. Site mail me @ justdamn or smokey57 if you want to join. Should be some fun.

Used this Draft order before and many people really hated the confusion.  At the very least, shouldn't the 4th round be 17-13, 24-18, 6-1, 12-7 instead?  Otherwise, you have some owners picking before other owners in 3 of 4 (and therefore 9 of 12) rounds?

I'm open to any draft order that owners think is reasonable. I think I was wrong in the 4th round order.

Changed salery cap to $55M, $75M is same as no cap.
