Coach on Hiatus - do credentials stay "fresh" Topic

So lets say you stop coaching in a world.  Then decide to go back.  Are your credentials locked at the level that they were the last season that you coached - or do they get out of date and become worth less?

I think assume they should stay fresh and you would qualify as if there were no gap, but dont know

They stay "fresh," but you do take a decent hit to your loyalty rating, so you aren't always qualified for the same jobs you would have been if you'd stayed. But you will be qualified for the same level of jobs 10 seasons later as you are 1 season later.

I started playing HD almost when it began, then left the game for several years and returned and noticed absolutely no difference in the jobs I was qualified for in any of the worlds I'd coached in before.
