The veteran owners in Hardball Central have agreed to offer new owners to the league extra Rule 5 picks.  The veteran teams will not participate in the Rule 5 draft, leaving the entire Rule 5 field to the approximately 10 new owners.

We have at least 6 spots available - two prior owners indicate they are returning but have not yet signed up.  The league shows 8 open spots available on a first come basis to approved owners.

The only league rules are no tanking and a $30m IFA cap.
