First, will my prestige go up to B- or stay at C+ with my most recent 1st round NT visit?

Next, do you think I would be eligible for a Big 6 job, if so what prestige C, B-?

I appreciate any help, I enjoy my team but I would like to move to a human conference and a move to any other conference than Big 6 is lateral at best I believe.

Oh I thought it jumped when renewals were done... I guess that answers question #1.... what about #2?
