I’ve never understood exactly how they calculate pitcher usage for the playoffs.
 
Does regular season usage have anything to do with how much you can use them in the playoffs.
 
Let’s take Milacki’s 28 innings pitched. If you didn’t use him at all during the regular season, would that effect how many innings he could pitch in the playoffs? Or would he still just be limited to one start?
