All else equal, definitely take Ath over Reb since Ath helps just about everything. 

If the team already has several high Ath/low Reb types, then it might make sense to give up some Ath to get a 90+ Reb.  Otherwise, I"ll take Ath every time.  In D2, I probably wouldn't want someone on the court with under 50 or so in either.
