Scholarshi's open confusion Topic

This is my first season in DIII.  My team only has 10 spots filled and 4 of those are seniors.  I'm currently recruiting and it says I only have 2 schloarships open.

Wouldn't I have 6?  The 4 spots for the seniors that will graduate and the 2 spots that aren't filled.

If I only have 2, I will only have 8 scholarship players next season.

Those players just became seniors. So they have one year left, therefore next season you"ll have those 4 open scholarships.
