As long as you're diligent, check in between most games, and aren't hung up on the number of pitches you want to see your "starter" throw, yes.  You can make this work.

Just start Pulido, Ramsey, Xavier, Rosales, and Sutton.

Depending on pitch count, Rosales can't go every 4-5 days, and Sutton would be pushed going every 5th day...  but I think you have enough durability in your RPs that you can find enough innings.

Strongly suggest setting your starters to 1 pull rating to max out their pitch count as often as possible, since you're short a true "long" man, but just assign the rest roles based on the type of leverage/situation you want them used in.

Also, you should get 225+ IP out of Pulido and Ramsey, so that's a nice start.... fwiw. (no put intended)

Scooped me on that... that's what I was going to recommend, since I don't think you have the innings to completely successfully fight fatigue.  You can dump Harper or Federowicz, whichever you like less, to make room for your new guy.  Harper's got a very un-special 4.54 ERA in SEA for his career.

Harper was just moved for a bum SP.
