Are you drafting 18 rounds of rookies? Or 18 rounds total? That's a big, big difference.

I would try to avoid guys who are still in rookie ball. Even if their ceiling is pretty good, a lot of guys can crater unexpectedly at Double-A.

We did 18 rounds of MLB players, now we are doing 18 rounds of minor league players.  Thanks for the link.

Well, remember TINSTAAPP, and also, if you're looking at a BaseballAmerica or BaseballProspectus list, remember that they value defense a lot more than you do, and value steals a lot less than you do. (assuming you're playing roto)
