with the intent to stir up some interest in the league and this post. Let me hear who you think the most under achieving and over achieving players are in WIS both offensive player and pitcher
Under achiever – Bonds he seems like he never comes close to his numbers especially in the 2000 years
Under achiever - Pedro especially 2000 his OAV is ridiculous especially considering the era. he should never get touched.
Over Achiever - Ozzie Smith offensively almost always matches his numbers which is rare in WIS
Over achiever - Maddux again all his seasons he does well and outside of 94 and 95 statistically his seasons aren't that great. I do think he was a great pitcher though. if i was to pick a 1 season player i would have went with a dead ball pitcher but i was looking at players with multiple good seasons.
