During recruting I promised a DL a sophmore start for next season and 75% playing time for THIS season (yes too many MolsonXXX's) anyways I redshirted him to see what would happen and he sent me a note griping (but NO work ethic loss )  Will his work ethic drop as he doesnt play or did he just sulk once and thats it?

He complained about the RS, not the lack of playing time.  The lack of playing time, and the WE drop, will happen no later than about the third game.
