Is this being messed with? In Dobie right now, Div I, my coaches scouted a 390 rated K.

Why?

(SARCASM) Put a ticket in perhaps you can get a refund on the recruiting money you didn't spend on it.  Maybe even find out the potential, LOL.  (/SARCASM).

Rarely does it ever scout anyone worth a crap, but I have gotten a rare green recruit out of it.  However, I think you still have to A/C Scout to find potential or get them to sign minimum.  It would be cool if you had a couple free ones you could send out each day during the regular season though!

They usually scout top 150 guys. Why I found it very odd this happened.

and yeah, human in season recruiting would be nice. And realistic.
