I believe so, read it in the FAQ somewhere... Says that the benefit of recruiting players from the same high school or JuCo is that you already know their O/D if you have paid attention in the past.

didnt someone have a list at some point? got a couple jucos i could use to look up. i wonder how many people actually pay attention to that?

there's fewer than 600 jucos used in HD.   Compiling a list of a good portion of those sets doesn't take too many seasons.

I also find it a bit odd that about 20-25% of all jucos are in California.
