I am debating about creating a new world, but I will only do so if there is enough interest. Here is what I'm thinking:

-Each team must win at least 50 games a season
-New rules must receive at least 17 votes of approval
-There will be a blog with weekly power rankings (every 21 HBD days) & franchise standings at the end of each season as well as other postings on a regular basis
-The world will feature a Facebook group to facilitate trade negotiations/ owner communication
-Spreadsheets of some kind encouraged, but not required

Have you received an approval from WifS?  Most of my worlds take some time to fill every season, I don't see them opening up another one.
