If you are in Phelan already, or looking to join a new conference, please consider the USA South in D3 or the Ivy League in D1.
The USA South has been the #1 conference in D3 and has been full for many years. This year, three of us moved up to the Ivy league, and we are trying to build it into a power conference. We have 9 teams so far, so if you qualify for one of the other three teams (Princeton, Pennsylvania or Dartmouth, please join us. We have a lot of great coaches, and we should become a real player in D1 within a couple of years, so Please consider joining us. The quality of the coaches we have is very good, and I already like the camaraderie on the message boards. It will be a very fun challenge to try to build a lower level D1 conference into one that can send multiple teams to the national tournament every year.
If you are wanting to take a team, but don't qualify for the Ivy League, definitely check out the USA South. The team I just left, Palm Beach Atlantic is coming off of a championship, Ferrum made the Elite 8, LaGrange has been a powerful team for many years, and Averett is also a solid team.
