You guys were great teaching me about catchers. Let me ask about coaches. At my major league level, I only have 2 coaches under the age of 27. So should I avoid a bidding war for a pitching coach with high pitching iq, and go after one that is high on strategy?

Strategy only comes into play for bench coaches, and only if the manager is ejected from the game.  So you want to go for the high pitching IQ.

It doesn't matter how old your coaches are. Go for Pitching IQ or Discipline.
