Are you sick of seeing the same players? Here's a unique take on a blacklist league

This will be a 3 round draft. 47Mill cap, No Rooks, No Waiver, No Clones

--1st round will be the blacklist round (24 blacklisted players)
-- 2nd & 3rd round will be the drafting of your 2 exclusive players (We will not snake after the first round, but the 2nd and 3rd will. This way the team blacklisting the last player in the first round won't also get the first exclusive player.). Once a player is drafted they are exclusive to the owner that drafted them.

Essentially, we will have 70 blacklisted (the 24 selected in the blacklist round, and 23 each in the 2 exclusive rights rounds).

Draft order will be randomized once the league fills.

I'm going to give this one more week to see if I get anymore interest. I thought this was a pretty good idea.
