Looking at starting a low scoring league and wondering what the interest level is. This is what I am looking at doing:

- minimum D of 70
- maximum points of 7400
- salary cap of 49M
- maximum eff% 53

If I get 10 confirmed people, I will start the league up.

Any further interest in this league? I could switch up the requirements if it would interest more people. Maybe a higher limit on total points?

Hard to control, but would be interesting to see a anything goes type league with the only req being you have to run Slow Down

While I like the idea of everyone running slow down, there is no way I would want to check all the box scores every time.

Opposing owners would catch the slow down vs up tempo I imagine so not sure commish has to monitor everyone.
Everyone just sets it once and abides by the honor code.
