We're in season 5 of a progressive league I'm running.  Up to this point, we have used system-generated, fictitious AAA players.  Can someone explain to me briefly how the Manual drafting option for AAA players works?

Are the team rosters expanded to include space to draft add'l players, and then assign whoever you want to AAA?  With the options of "No Rules" vs. "Enforce Rules,"  what rules are there (ie.  is this referring to pitcher count and position player count?)?

The Theme League Wizard help screen does not provide much information...

You are given the option to draft your AAA in a separate area below the main roster draft after your 25-man roster is filled out.  The "rules" in question are the theme rules - IE if you've whitelisted the players from the year(s) your progressive is currently in, AAA players would still have to come from the whitelist.
