I have the following post players, I have been starting the SOPHMORE because the two freshman had F IQ's but now they are up to C's.  I don't really need scoring I am solely looking for interior DEF and REB.   One of these guys will start at the 4, another will be the primary backup at the 4 and 5 and the third will more or less be a 7 minutes guy off the bench.   Any opinions on who the best of the bunch is?  This is DII M2M team.

I like Ososki to start, then I'd split it and use Gaskins as the first backup at the 4 and Hess the first backup at the 5.

I'd start Gaskins at 4 with Ososki as the primary backup. I like Gaskins speed at 4 and I think Ososki's offensive production will be better coming off the bench.

I'm a lineup switcher, I don't always stick to one.....I would consider starting Gaskins against the press as he can shoot free throws well, and has better speed (I believe press teams foul more, though I have no data to back that up). Start Ososki against Man or zone teams due to his LP advantage.
