Hey fellas, long time hd player giving hardball a chance! One quick question. What are the times of the cycles. Am I correct that there are 3 cycles a day? So are they like Noon, 8 pm and 4 am or what?? Thanks guys!

Roughly 3 am, 11 am , 7 pm. I say roughly because the worlds sim in order of age, so depending on how old your world is it could sim anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes after that.

All times are Eastern Standard.

Those are the game cycles.   For other activities, there are half cycles in between.   4 hours after game cycles..

Also it changes twice a year by one hour for day light savings time. So yes you were correct with your 12,8,4 (which is what it is at now) but it will go back to 11,7,3

That's only if you live in a place that does not observe DST.

Being in World 24, you should sim probably about 10-15 min after the cycle starts. Me being in 92 and 98 means I'm usually waiting 40-45 min after the cycle starts.
