Hello fellow HBD Addicts....
I was recently named commish of Stargell as we go into year 16. Anyone who has played with me knows that when I say my goal is to make Stargell the most competitive, fun private world out there -- well I won't rest until it happens.
Currently we have one private world rule, which is to maintain a .400 win pct over 2 seasons. This year we will review new additions to the rules, the majority (or all) aimed at ensuring all minor league levels have proper roster levels and maintaining fair play with regards to neglection, conspiracy and every other issue that bugs loyal HBD owners nuts.
We have 7 current openings, 3 in the AL and 4 in the NL
