He's pitching just the way he should be, which is about league average.  His W-L record reflects (a) bad defense-- he gives up many more unearned runs than the average pitcher-- and (b) your historically mediocre run support for him.

his era has been servicable the past 4 seasons. looking at the box score your team this season has only scored 1 and 0 runs for him, maybe its just early in the season and your offense needs some time to warm up, but if not, get that guy some run support!
