I have some players who are absolutely pathetic.  My roster appears to be full.  Is there a way I can get rid of some terrible players and free up roster spots for someone who can actually play?

No you have to wait for their contracts to expire...or you can go on world/league chat and ask if anyone would take a crappy player off your team for maybe a mediocre player on their team that is not playing at all. Many coaches will help you out like that to keep the league competitive, especially if you are giving them a player with an expiring contract for a player with a couple of years left from their team. Its like trade but throught the transfer window when it is open.

How does relegation work?

Unless your world has a second division (there is only one of these I think,) there is no relegation.

Is there any way to decide which player is gonna take the corner kick? Because my team is currectly using a guy who's not the best at corner kick offense. Thx.

Passing and ball striking also figure into it.  If another player is taking the kicks than the player you want, compare the two of them and figure out why.

do you get penalized for playing a guy out of position?  Or just the risk of having a guy with F skills playing D, for example?

Some owners think experience bars are important.  I never saw them as that important.  It's rare that you'd find a F worth playing at D, but there are often Ms who can play D and vice versa, also some high shooting Ms who can be good at F.

2 more questions

1- Is there a way to determine if a player will gain a lot experiences or not? (Ex. you scout 2 18 yo players, both are the same at oa)
2- What is the most importants rating to check for a forward player?

1/  One major thing they don't tell us in FCD is how fast a player will develop.  It's a hidden rating.  Two similar 18 year olds may be different in their development patterns, one may become a stud, the other not.  But they have to get ample playing time to develop to full potential.  If you sign an 18 year old and sit him on the bench, he'll go up one or two points anyway.  If he plays 30 games he'll go up six or seven.

2/  Shooting accuracy.  The other ratings are good for making them better overall players, ahd helping the rest of your team.  Certain ratings like speed and offensive instinct are good but you can have effective forwards who are slow, or with low instinct.  But a forward with low accuracy will, no matter what, take a lot of shots that aren't shots on goal.  Those are blown scoring chances.

Offensive instinct/Corner Kick offense, Shooting and Heading:)
Usually I play strikers with 90+ shooting and they score enoght to be happy:)
My Dream is to play 4-3-3 and got 3x100 shooters at the front.

That is the offensive line up from my  oldest team.

what do the experience number like 31-30 31-2 etc mean
4/9/2013 9:44 PM
Those are not experience. I think you are getting those numbers from the signing pool page right?
They tell you when the player was scouted which shows you how new or old the ratings on the signing page are.
so the 31-30 means:  Season 31 - Week 30 and the 31-2 means Season 31 - Week 2.
the player with 31-2  was scouted  during week 2 of season 31. Its the game date of the scouted ratings. If your ratings are old you can rescout the player to update them.
