Why play in a 12 team league? Well, the bottom line is that your division winner will play in the World Series...it's that simple....no worrying about a great team getting ambushed in the playoffs...win the division and you're in the World Series!!
League Rules
There will only be 12 teams in this league. There will be one division of six in each league.
The league started with the 1970 season
The draft order is determined at game 141. You must have won at least 40 games at that time or you pick 4th - unless you are taking over someone else's team from a prior season. Picks 1-12 for future seasons are determined by the inverse order of record at Game 141. Tie breaker will be the "expected win percentage" which can be found within the advanced standings. The team with the lower expected wins percentage gets the tie breaker advantage.
