Ballpark Franks needs a, hopefully, temporary replacement.

Longterm owner has had some real life issues come up. Been patient waiting for him to return, but is time to move on for this season at least.

Even just a caretaker until rollover would be appreciated. Previous owner may still return, so no pressure to renew. However, if he doesn't I will offer a $10GC to renew. Thanks.
