Looking to get back to basics with a modestly low $60 cap league.  One player (A Gamechanger) is exempt from the cap and can be either a hitter or pitcher.  If a pitcher, they must have accummulated less than 400 IP in the year that you select them (sorry, Clarkson, Silver King and Amos Rusie) to preserve stocking up on ridiculous inning pitchers.  No DH, minors, trades, waivers or clones.  Pick any park that you want.

so, just to clarify, we have $60m for 24 players and then our 25th player is any hitter or pitcher with less than 400 IP/162?
