Pre-announcement for Different PLayers Banned League V10

This league filled the last 6 times in less than 2 days so I am pre-announcing the banned players to give everyone at least a few days to build a team.

The league will be posted in the Theme Leagues on Wednesday March 20th.

Options: Rookies not allowed,  Waiver Wire allowed,  League Number is not hidden
