Hey guys I am new to this but so far love what I am seeing.

I have a question about practice time for each player.   I have not been able to find anything concrete reading, so let me ask...

Is there a set time limit you can have each person work?  I assume that is their daily routine then?

Any pointers will save me from a season of trial and error, lol.
