Likely to be back.  I'm thinking other folks might like a lower cap to avoid a repeat of this seasons teams.  Just a thought.

Hey badja. The first 2 versions were 52 mil cap, I lowered it to 50 mil cap for version III. Thanks and hope to see you there!
