Trading a fatigued player Topic

It's been so long since I traded during an SLB season that I don't recall exactly, does trading a fatigued player bring him back to equilibrium?

How about a player with extra PA's or pitches in the tank?  Does trading preserve them or does he go back to even usage over the season?

The new owner gets a prorated amount of IP/PA depending on how many games are left in the season.  How much he was (or wasn't) used previously does not matter.  Same thing with a WW pickup.
