AAA ratings advice Topic

First time back playing in years.  We are using AAA in the league I am in.

Searched unsuccessfully for a guide/help and found nothing (probably did not look hard enough) so here goes:

Any guides out there as to what I should expect from my AAA players, now that I know their ratings?
