My regressive league--which kicked off with the 2005 season--is in its 37th season but we will need one new owner for the Chicago (NL) franchise for the upcoming 1968 season and beyond. 

We started with 24 teams and have contracted to 20.  We will contract further in the early 60s but are looking for another good owner to take over this squad.

I've attached the roster further down. You can keep 15 players from season to season (incl. IR).  Let me know soonest if interested.  Great group of owners (many of whom have been there from day 1).

I think I want it but first are there any unique rules to this league I should know of.  Also where about is this team going to draft.
