I don't think he's very good at starting SF (mabye average?).  He might be a decent back-up PF or Center, if you don't care about rebounding.  Basically he's good at defense but probably too slow for SF defense.  Whereas at PF or C the speed might be ok.  His LP of >70 (once it's maxed out) may provide a few points off the bench, but I can't imagine against top players he would be able to score that much.  With such low BH & Pass skills, I would be concerned about playing him at SF, combined with the low speed.  Does he have potential at BH and Pass?

Absolutely not an SF- did you mean PF?  A guy with no spd/per/bh/p won't be any good at SF.

He definitely has a PF skill set, not built for SF.

You need to start getting some improvement in those categories quickly if you want him to be a starter next year. I think he'd be a solid starter once he gets that improvement.
