You're losing about 70 positive plays per 1458 innings when compared to your other RF.

I get 22-- 14 (-) for Herman, 8 (+) for the aggregate others. Am I misreading the numbers?
If the average (-) play is a double in RF (some singles, some triples) then that's about 20 runs or slightly less. Which is a lot, but the right bat could make up for it.
