Can't access team Topic

I'm sure it's something simple, but I go to my franchise center, click on my team, and instead of going to my team, it takes me to open worlds. I haven't played for the last 3 years, and am getting back into HBD with this one team, but can't access it. Help please.

got it!  Had to go into my profile and access the team from there.

Nope, that didn't work, only could get the roster page. Still need help.
