Carryover question Topic

Lets say I have no open scholarships and I decide to cut a player. Will the engine treat my carryover as 100% since I had no open scholarships when recruiting started or would I receive the typical 25%?

Never done it, but guess would by 25%. I doubt it lets you get around the system by getting 100% carryover and the extra schoolie money next year.

I would guess that the engine treats the carryover question as to whether you have open schollies at the END of recruiting and not the beginning.  About 99% sure.  You'll get 25%.
