Speed and Hands are both equal in my recruiting.   Then again I play an aggressive style which puts WRs deeper on the field

Elusiveness, Technique, Speed, then GI, Ath, Hands. But, that's just me........

I think it depends on how you want to run your offense, but for me it is #1.  TECH is #2.  I would trade off some speed for higher tech, but I still recruit speed first.  NOTE:   My WR recruiting has only really been at D3.
