Being my first draft I have a question.

My first and third pick have said my offer was far but they were deciding if they will go to college ...the draft was a couple ads ago

Should I be concerned lol

No... sit tight and they'll eventually get back to you.  Changing your offer just restarts the clock.

I was told - and so far it's been proven correct - that guys deciding on college take exactly one real life week.  They may ask for a little more money when they come back, and then if you match it's all good.
