For the 26th installment of this popular league, begin by drafting your team of all $165,000 players with the exception of 1 wild card player, any position, within rules. D ratings of all players are 50 or less. Make one claim per day of players costing more than $1 million. Two days prior to the transaction deadline begins the multiple claiming period, where you may make as many (or as few) claims as you would like. All players costing under $1 million must be waived by the transaction deadline. The rest:

Nope. Only restrictions are 50 and below d rating and $1 million minimum salary after the transaction deadline (all players costing less than $1 million must be waived and off your roster by then as well. Putting them in the minors does not count.)
