What is Off%? Topic

On the player distro page there is a column called Off%. Clearly it has something to do with how involved that player is in the offense, but does anyone have more detail on how it's defined/calculated?

It's the percentage of shots taken by one player.

I believe it is (players FG attempts)/ ( teams total FG attempts)

I think it's actually number of possessions that end with that player (i.e. what you said plus turnovers)
