Thanks. And what are good levels to aim for
Pitching Ratings/Hitting Ratings for Coaches at all levels?

For instance, in the MLB, It seems that having coaches in the 80's for those 2 ratings are good thresholds to aim for. What about for AAA and below though? Is a 75 Hitting rating good for AAA hitting coach? Etc? Thanks

I would go back and look at the coaches from teams in previous years in your world to get a sense of what coaches go to what levels, and how much $ they are making.

Probably need to look at previous season coaches for all teams. Like players, coaching varies. Telling you "Get a 75 PC/HC in AAA" might not be realistic in your world. In one of my worlds(ML-RL), I have 85/75/65/62/50/42 for HC. In others I have 78/72/61/60/50/37 and 81/75/66/52/51/45.
