What is needed to reduce penalties.  Is it caused by inexperience?  In my conference championship, my team had 15 penalties for 139 yards, 5 penalties and 65 yards more than my opponent.  My opponent has superior players, I think, but the penalties clearly cost me the game.  Rub of the green?  Thanks for any info you can give me to reduce penalties (DII) if is is possible.

Penalties are caused by what ever the he() the game wants to do.  If it wants you to lose it will hit you with 6 or 8 penalties.  In other words. There isn't any thing that you can do about it.

If your players have bad TECH. That will do it too. :-)
