I know this may have already been brought up, but I figured I would ask again anyway.

Would it be possible to up the rosters by at least 5 players and give us at least 2 more red shirts per season.  That would make it 55 players per roster and 5 red shirts per season.  I know it will probably take some work to add, but I think there is a lot of benefit in doing so.  The new version allows us greater flexibility in offense and defense.  In that we have more specialists we can use on our team.  I believe with allowing 5 more players total and giving us 5 total redshirts it would allow our teams to fully utilize the game to its fullest.

I think doing this would allow teams to target those specific players that fit their system and allow them to grow to their fullest potential.

I still don't think adding players would be of any benefit to the game. Keeping the numbers as they are makes the coach have to weigh how they want to set up their teams. They may be able to create strengths, but they also create weaknesses. The match-ups of players in game planning are to take advantage of the other teams weaknesses, if every team can create a spot for a specialist or overload on one position, then game planning again becomes less of a factor. The game would not benefit from every team having specialists all over the field. The craft of building the team would be accomplished by selecting the correct players for your system and minimizing the weaknesses.

Fix recruiting to get rid of the auction style, and maybe rework how players can be changed to new positions (recruits are more moldable) but leave the numbers the way they are.
