I'm sure that this has been suggested many times..  It would be nice if Medical and Training was set up to allow teams to start out at max rather than being stuck adjusting 4M per season.. It sucks to take over an old team and have to begin with 14M..

Not sure what the deterrent is on this.. Seems like a no-brainer..

I couldnt agree more, it sucks to have people decline right off the bat because you cant get your training up high enough....or the devastating injury because of the low medical.
