I have been in many worlds and enjoy rebuilds but I have found that "mature" worlds tend to (not all) have a handful of dominant teams and a handful of destroyed teams that take 3-5 seasons to rebuild correctly.

I put huge value on rebuilding through the minors and if I am going to invest 3+ seasons doing that I want to know that I won't be way behind the dominant teams.
