Era specific theme league. Should be a fun challenge. 50 million cap, no rookies and no waiver wire. Also no player with usage of 27.2 or higher. 

What do the seasons that overlap count as, such as 69-70?

Originally I was thinking 69-70 would be 70's because that is when the championship was held, but some teams were already made when I realized that so as long as you are consistent and don't use for example a 69-70 as a 70's team and a 89-90's team as an 80's team you are good. You can either use the first year of overlap years or the second, but make sure you are consistent.
