Is there anyway to move starting 2 to 3 and move starting 3 to 4 when my starting 4 needs to come out?

Yes. Just put them on the depth chart like that. Starting 3 in the second 4 spot and starting 2 in the second 3 spot.

It's probably not an ideal setup and some coaches would say to never do it.  But you can.
