16 teams. Unlimited keepers except for 1981 offseason when this league will expand to 20 teams, then it's 15 protected keepers plus pullbacks.
40 games Live minimum for playoffs and bottom-3 lottery, and must play all postseason Live, including play-in games if any.
Trades are allowed. 6 vetoes needed to nullify deal.
May trade 1980 and 1981 picks during the 1980 offseason and season, but must wait until the 1981 offseason to trade 1982 picks.
