What happens if I RS this guy his SR. year?

I figure his WE will drop to 1 (which doesn't really matter) but will he definitely come back for a 5th year?  In GD sometimes the 5th year seniors decide to not come back, I don't want that.

I've done it maybe 3 or 4 times and they've always come back. I don't think you wana trust that small of a sample size, but the bottom line is: he'll probably come back (almost definitely).

I have had a couple of times where the Sr.'s WE doesn't drop and says he understands the decision.  I have also had a couple times when the WE drops to 1 but they still come back.  I am not sure if there is an option of the guy just leaving.
